Team Purcell earns annual sales production award

Mike and Brenda Purcell of RE/MAX Renaissance have earned the RE/MAX 100% Club Award, which recognizes high-achieving real estate professionals for their service to buyers and sellers during the past year.

“Receiving this award is a tremendous honor,” says Brenda Purcell. “We’re fully committed to helping our clients and consumers find a home that’s right for them.”

Brenda Purcell has been a real estate agent with RE/MAX Renaissance for 14 years and has over 21 years of experience in residential sales.

She’s also a recipient of RE/MAX’s Hall of Fame Award.

Brenda Purcell holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations, as well as the Certified Residential Specialist certification with the Residential Real Estate Council.

A member of Burks United Methodist Church, she serves with homeless missions. Additionally, she’s a member of the Judge David Campbell Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Southeast Tennessee Substance Misuse Taskforce and the Hamilton County Department of Health’s Addiction and Dependency Committee.

Brenda Purcell is a 1993 graduate of Leadership Chattanooga and a past board member of Girl’s Inc.

She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and went on to serve on the UTC alumni board and the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association’s board of governors.

Brenda Purcell has taught professionalism in consumer affairs at Middle Tennessee State University and lectured at other colleges.

Mike Purcell has more than seven years of experience in residential and commercial sales. He’s a licensed broker in Tennessee and holds the ABR and Resort and Second Home Specialist designations and the CRS certification.

Mike Purcell is a graduate of the Tennessee Realtors Academy of Real Estate Advancement and Greater Chattanooga Realtors’ Leadership Academy and is a current board member for Greater Chattanooga Realtors.

Mike Purcell is also a board member for Mustard Tree Ministries, which serves the homeless and impoverished in Chattanooga.

He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from UTC and is a past president of the UTC alumni board and UTNAA’s board of governors.
