Bell Development Company this week announced the expansion of the well established subdivision Belleau Ridge, located in Ooltewah. The new phase will be called The Highlands at Belleau Ridge, and will feature Craftsman style homes.
Realtor Kaye Ivey of Bell Development said Bell is excited to be building in this new phase, and has plenty of great lots available for local builders. “It’s a great place to call home,” she said.
The Highlands at Belleau Ridge is located near Exit 11 in Ooltewah, and has easy access to the Volkswagen Plant, I-75, hospitals, Hamilton Place Mall, county schools, and some of Chattanooga’s newest restaurants.
The Highlands at Belleau Ridge features level lots, some of which are situated in private cul-de-sacs. The new section will have 30 additional building lots available for local home builders.
President and owner Jay Bell said the homes at The Highlands feature floor plans that will work well for growing families. “It’s always an exciting time when the roads are paved and new construction begins in the new phases of our subdivisions,” he added. “We’re encouraging buyers and builders to take a look at all of our neighborhoods. There are special features about each of them that make them unique.”
Other Bell communities that have lots available for new homes include Hamilton on Hunter North off Hunter Road, McKenzie Farms off Ooltewah-Georgetown Road, Sedman Hills off Daisy Dallas Road in Hixson, Stonewall Farms in Hixson, and Nature Trail in Soddy Daisy. All of these neighborhoods are located in Hamilton County.
Hamilton on Hunter North, Nature Trail, and Sedman Hills are all eligible for 100 percent financing through the USDA Rural Development program. “Many young families find this is the key to buying their first home,” said Bell.
Bell Development also has three one level townhome developments located at Belleau Village and Holland Gardens in East Brainerd, and Stonewall Farms townhomes located within Stonewall Farms in Hixson. “We feel we have something for everyone,” Bell said.
