Signature Brokers adds to Ooltewah office

Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Signature Brokers has announced the addition of two agents to its office in Ooltewah.

Cynthia Moore brings her experience serving the men of women of the U.S. military in Hampton Roads, Virginia, to Greater Chattanooga, while Lisa Lewis has more than a decade of real estate experience in Tennessee and North Georgia.

“I was blessed to serve our military men and women by helping them transition to their new location,” Moore says. “I met all kinds of people from all walks of life and can’t explain the satisfaction of finding the perfect home for those who put their lives on the line for our country.”

Moore says the process of buying, renovating and selling several homes throughout the Chattanooga and North Georgia area sparked her desire to become a Realtor. Today, she offers her clients what she calls “start-to-finish” service.

“From the hunt of that one-of-a-kind-house to handing over the keys, the smile on my client’s face is everything,” she says.

“Cynthia work hard to find what we wanted,” a pair of past clients say. “We were picky, and she went above and beyond her job for us. We would use her again.”

Contact Moore at 423 464-3312.

Lewis grew up in the foothills of the Smokies and says she considers herself to be a mountain girl at heart. “I love our surrounding mountains,” she says.

Lewis says the business model that best represents how she works with her clients is “people first.” This system allows her to identify and fulfill her client’s goals, she adds.

“From finding that perfect land, to presenting comfortable and affordable homes, to bringing to light those unusually delightful specialty properties, the representation of my clients is an honor and a privilege,” she says.

A pair of clients for whom Lewis has sold two homes applaud her understanding of “the nuts and bolts of real estate” and her attention to details.

“Lisa is a dedicated professional who knows what it takes to showcase your home to the people who are looking for the particulars of your place,” the couple says. “She understands the local market and provides excellent care and service.”

Lewis has been awarded the At Home with Diversity certification from the National Association of Realtor.

She joins 25,000 other real estate professionals in North America who have earned the certification after completing an eight-hour course addressing topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development.

“My view of real estate embraces the Realtor’s Code of Ethics, which lines up with my personal belief in the Golden Rule,” she says. “I believe the term Realtor should ‘connote competency, fairness and high integrity,’ and that ‘Whatsoever ye would that others should do to you, do ye even so to them.’”

Lewis volunteers with the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity.
