The Group launches buyers, builders programs

The Group has launched its comprehensive Builder Advantage Program and New Homes Sales Solutions. Committed to providing specialized service to their clients, The Group is the first real estate brokerage in Chattanooga to develop a program designed to support builders in their efforts to market and sell their new homes and to provide all-inclusive support for buyers purchasing a newly built home.

The program offers builders market research aimed at helping them determine development locations, branding and marketing materials, communication support between them and buyers via The Group’s agents and ongoing assistance designing a customized project for each client.

“Through our Builder Advantage Program, we want to encourage builders to explore new opportunities for their businesses to grow and help them make buyers comfortable throughout the process,” says Jason Farmer, owner and broker of The Group. “Respectively, we want buyers to feel confident that they’re getting the precise information and support they need when buying a new home.”

To lay the foundation for this program, 10 of The Group’s agents have completed two in-depth courses and earned national certifications as Residential Construction Certified professionals and Certified New Home Specialists.

This makes The Group the first real estate agency in Chattanooga to offer an exclusive group of real estate professionals dedicated to supporting both the builder and the buyer in the new home buying process.
