Wooden

Chattanooga attorney Tracy Wooden has been named one of America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators for 2017. Selection is by invitation only.

To be considered for selection, an attorney must have litigated, for either plaintiff or defendant, a matter with at least $2 million in alleged damages at stake or with the fate of a business worth at least $2 million at stake.

Candidates are then screened using a broad array of criteria, including the candidate’s professional experience, litigation experience, significant case results, representative high stakes matters, peer reputation and community impact.

Only the top 100 qualifying attorneys in each state are selected for membership. Less than one-half percent of active attorneys in the United States receive this honor.

With over 25 years of experience, Wooden provides legal services in practice areas including utility law, wireless communications, personal injury, construction, real estate, estate planning, litigation, business and corporate law, individual and corporate tax matters, financial institutions, government law and zoning.

As a certified public accountant, Wooden has also been instrumental in resolving complex tax issues and working with the Internal Revenue Service to obtain fair resolutions for individual clients and businesses.

Wooden is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubble and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar and Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
