Miller & Martin adds Frost, Malloy-Thorpe




Attorneys M. Heith Frost and Jessica Malloy-Thorpe have joined the law firm of Miller & Martin.

Frost focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He handles business litigation and disputes arising from contracts and transactions, trade secrets, product liability, transportation and construction matters. He is also experienced in the areas of white collar criminal matters, government investigations and crisis management.

A graduate of Berry College, Frost earned his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He clerked for the Hon. Travis McDonough in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee as well as the Honorable S. Allan Alexander in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.

Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Frost spent nearly a decade in the transportation and logistics industry, serving as vice president and owner in two local companies.

Malloy-Thorpe practices in the area of business litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment litigation matters. She is experienced in employment dispute mediation.

Malloy-Thorpe earned undergraduate degrees in business economics and political science from the University of Florida, where she was a National Merit Scholar. She earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she received the CALI Award for best exam in torts. Malloy-Thorpe was also recognized for her commitment to pro bono service, providing legal assistance to indigent defendants in the District of Columbia Superior Court.

Before joining Miller & Martin, Malloy-Thorpe clerked for the Hon. Susan Lee in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and for the Hon. Susan Collins in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
