Corporate counsel at companies around the world have named Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel a top-ranked law firm for “making changes ... to improve the client experience,” according to BTI Consulting Group’s “Brand Elite 2017: Client Perceptions of the Best-Branded Law Firms,” an independent report.

“We’re client-focused in all aspects of our services,” says Mike St. Charles, managing shareholder of Chambliss. “Whether it’s implementing new technologies or refining cost-effective legal services, we’re always adapting to the ever-changing demands of the legal marketplace, which is critical for our clients’ success.

“So, we’re excited about being recognized for our efforts to improve the day-to-day service experience of our clients.”

BTI’s analysis is based on unbiased, direct feedback from 633 interviews with corporate counsel at the world’s largest companies. During the course of the interviews, conducted between March 2015 and August 2016, BTI questioned clients regarding which law firms they associate with nine characteristics that drive the selection, consideration and hire of new law firms.

BTI Consulting found clients rely on three core factors when sizing up a law firm: client’s choice, premium and innovation. For more information on these factors, visit www.bticonsulting.com/brand-elite-overview.

The methodology did not present responding clients with any named law firms but instead drew out unprompted, non-suggestive client responses and recommendations.
