Chattanooga Chamber promotes 2, adds 2 more

The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce has promoted two staff members, both working in member-investor services.

Honor Hostetler and Meredith Rivers have new positions. Hostetler is now community outreach director, managing and supporting the Chamber’s 12 Councils.

Rivers is now member-investor relations manager. She has been with the Chamber for five years and oversees membership retention efforts and the Chamber’s member discount program. She supports management of department staff and continues to manage the Chamber’s Ambassador volunteer program.

Two new staffers have joined the membership and economic development departments. They are Kerry Beth Carico and Alex Wilson.

Carico serves as events coordinator for the Chamber’s member-investor services department and works for Sandra Brewer, vice president of member-investor services.

Carico attended the University of Virginia’s College at Wise.

Wilson joins the Chattanooga Chamber from the Southeast Tennessee Development District. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, he is currently completing a master’s degree in public administration at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

He serves as the Chamber’s administrative economic development coordinator.
