For over 30 years, Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty has worked with many of the top relocation companies in its efforts to serve the real estate needs of its clients worldwide.

This month, Cartus Broker Network will be honoring Pryor Realty with its 2016 ilver Award for Excellence .

To receive the award, a real estate firm must meet strict guidelines in 50 categories, some of which include customer satisfaction, client savings and home marketing. Cartus grades each transaction individually, and even slight errors can disqualify a company.

Pryor announced their selection as a recipient of the award at Pryor Realty’s annual awards luncheon Feb. 21 at SpringHill Suites in downtown Chattanooga.

Peggy Pryor, who owns Pryor Realty with her husband, Bill, said their company strives daily to deliver excellence in service. “Excellence is just a word to some, but to us, it’s everything,” she said.

Pryor credited the award to the hard work of Lauren Glick, the company’s full-time relocation director, and Glick’s team.

“Each of our relocation team sales associates spent many hours in training,” said Pryor. “We’re proud of Lauren and her award-winning team for their dedication to the many people relocating to the Chattanooga, Cleveland, Dayton and North Georgia areas.”

Glick, who has led the company’s relocation department for nine years, earned the Certified Relocation Specialist designation through the Employee Relocation Council in 2016. She is one of only a few real estate professionals in the Chattanooga area who hold the designation.

Glick will travel to Phoenix, Arizona this month to receive the Silver Award for Excellence at the Cartus Broker Network International Conference.

In addition to announcing the Silver Award for Excellence, Pryor Realty recognized its top agents in 2016 with a number of company awards. Here are the winners for the firm’s Chattanooga office (Pryor Realty also operates an office in Dayton, Tennessee):
