Joanna Jackson of Re/Max Real Estate Center graduated from the two-part CARES Coaching Certification workshop on May 18 in Atlanta, Ga. The new program equips Re/Max brokers with the knowledge and tools necessary to coach their agents to success, according to a press release by the company.

Industry group surveys suggest agents look for coaching and guidance from their brokers. The CARES Coaching Certification will enable Jackson, broker of Re/Max Real Estate Center’s Fort Oglethorpe and LaFayette, Ga., offices, to provide her agents with advice, direction, and guidance designed to improve productivity and profitability, according to the release.

“Becoming CARES Coaching Certified will help me provide an additional value and service to my agents,” said Jackson. “By understanding their goals, I can provide them with the feedback, tools, and resources necessary to help them improve their performance and achieve results.”

The CARES Coaching Certification program helps brokers understand the importance of regular coaching and feedback, which leads to greater retention and productivity from agents, according to the release.
