This year, Pratt Homes is celebrating building more than 1,000 homes throughout the Greater Chattanooga area. The company's 1,000th home was sold to Yassine and Amber Alboulfaida of Signal Mountain.

"This is a milestone worth celebrating," said Pratt Homes President Win Pratt. "We couldn't be more pleased with how much Chattanooga and the surrounding area have embraced our brand and trusted us to build quality homes in great communities."

James and Win Pratt founded Pratt Homes in 1998, and have built homes in more than 75 communities across the Southeast. The father and son team said they're proud to be a homebuilder in the Chattanooga area, and appreciate the loyalty of their customers and the hard work of their more than 30 employees.

Pratt Homes is a member of the National Home Builders Association's Builders 20 Club. In addition, Builder Magazine has consistently named the company one of the top 200 builders in the nation. Pratt Homes is also a past recipient of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga (HBAGC)'s Builder of the Year and Developer of the Year awards, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's Builder of the Year award, and the Better Business Bureau's Excellence in Customer Service Award. Pratt Homes has been featured in Construction Today and U.S. Builders Review.

Win currently serves as past-president of HBAGC, and has received the national Professional Home Builders' 40 under 40 Award.

Pratt Homes is a member of the National Home Builders Association and Guild Master Builders. Locally, the company is a member of HBAGC and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce.

The company recently launched a one-stop shop design center at 1734 Dayton Boulevard in Red Bank. "We're excited about accommodating our customers' needs at our new office, which features a 2,700 square foot design center where customers make their home selections with the assistance of our design consultants, who walk them through every step of the process," said Win.

Pratt Homes has partnered with many charity organizations, including St. Jude Dream Home, the American Cancer Society, and Emily's Power for Cure (in honor of James and Jane Pratt's granddaughter, Jane Anna).
