Tennessee-based Crye-Leike, the nation’s fourth largest privately-held residential real estate brokerage firm and largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, posted a record sales year of close to $5.7 billion in 2015, the second highest sales performance in the company’s 39-year history. In comparison, the company reached its peak sales performance at $6.1 billion in 2006.

Crye-Leike’s Southeast Tennessee Region includes sales from its 243 sales associates located in six branch offices, including Chattanooga. Crye-Leike’s year-end sales volume in Southeast Tennessee totaled $376.23 million in 2015, up 8.80 percent from $345.79 million through 2014, representing 2,224 in year-end closings.

Dan Griess, managing broker of Crye-Leike’s Ooltewah, Tenn., office, said the company’s Chattanooga associates are taking advantage of the advanced training and technology upgrades Crye-Leike provides. “Our agents have a passion for putting customers and clients first. Our around-the-clock information line provides a constant stream of leads to our associates, and our individually branded mobile app puts every listing in our customer’s devices and is updated every 12 minutes,” he said. “Our 99 percent customer satisfaction rating proves our agents are committed to providing unsurpassed service.”

Crye-Leike’s $5.74 billion sales volume companywide in 2015 was up 7.29 percent from $5.35 billion through Dec. 2014. These 2015 figures represent Crye-Leike’s 3,000+sales associates handling 31,826 closings within a nine-state region, including Tennessee, a 3.89 percent increase from the 30,633 closings reported through Dec. 2014.

“Our company is proud to have helped over 31,000 families realize the dream of homeownership,” says President Dick Leike. “Homeownership will continue to be one of the most sound long term investments most buyers will ever make.”

“Buying and selling real estate can be a daunting task for consumers,” says CEO Harold Crye. “We have bundled all the services needed to complete a real estate transaction under one roof so the buyer and seller have a seamless experience. Our one-stop shopping allows our sales associates and staff to provide our customers with an efficient, convenient and reliable experience from the beginning and for years to come.”

Crye-Leike’s West Tennessee region outperformed all other Crye-Leike regions reporting $1.41 billion in sales in 2015. Its Middle Tennessee region ranks No. 2 at $1.21 billion. Other Tennessee regions report Southeast Tennessee at $376.23 million and Northeast Tennessee at $206.65 million. When combining all four Tennessee regions (West, Middle, Northeast and Southeast), Crye-Leike had a total sales volume performance of $3.20 billion in Tennessee for 2015.
