The Chattanooga Chapter of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge honored Hamilton County Judge Clarence Shattuck with its Distinguished Citizen and Lifetime Achievement Award during its 2015 Awards Ceremony, held Feb. 6 at the Harrison Ruritan Club.
Hugh Enicks, president of the local chapter of the Foundation, presented the award. Founded in 1949 by E.F. Hutton, Don Belding, Kenneth Wells, and General Dwight D. Eisenhower, the Foundation educates Americans about their rights and responsibilities and honors acts of civic virtue.
