The law firm of Miller & Martin has elected Alison Bales Martin to its Policy Committee. The committee serves as the firm’s managing board of directors, and is responsible for evaluating and approving all major decisions for the firm across all offices.
Martin practices in the area of civil litigation, representing clients in federal and state courts and arbitrations in matters involving business dissolutions, construction disputes, breach of contract, health care reimbursement, and credentialing and peer review issues. Martin regularly counsels clients in various industries on complex discovery issues, risk management, and dispute resolution.
