Chambliss welcomes two new attorneys

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel this week announced the return of Bradley Davis and the arrival of Andrew Leffler. Davis, who worked at Chambliss as an associate from 2004 to 2007, returns as Of Counsel, with a focus on complex business litigation and regulatory compliance matters. Leffler joins Chambliss as an associate concentrating on real estate transactions.

Davis returns to Chambliss after seven years with Troutman Sanders in Atlanta. He brings a decade of experience representing utility and telecommunications providers in litigation and before the Federal Communications Commission, as well as state commissions and other agencies. A Signal Mountain native and Baylor School graduate, Davis received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Leffler, a graduate of the University of the South, Sewanee, with a degree in Natural Resources, hails from Roanoke, Va. He spent a year in Chattanooga working as an environmental specialist before earning his law degree at Pace University School of Law in New York. Prior to joining Chambliss, Leffler practiced for seven years at the boutique real estate firm Kriss & Feuerstein in New York City.

“We’re happy to welcome Brad back and pleased that Andy has joined our team. They bring with them strong experience, as well as enthusiasm for the firm and Chattanooga,” said Mike St. Charles, managing shareholder for Chambliss. “We look forward to their ongoing contributions as we strive to continuously provide exceptional client service.”
