Mark Making and Glass House Collective, in partnership with Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE), celebrated their expanded presence in East Chattanooga with a ‘ribbon tying’ Friday, Sept. 5 at their new Glass Street location.

Mark Making has relocated to their new East Chattanooga home after operating out of their North Chattanooga studio for over five years.

In addition, Glass House Collective and CNE celebrated the opening of a new park at 2509 Glass Street. A vacant lot has been repurposed into a pocket park with game tables, a swing set, and a mural. The Glass Street Park was a collaborative effort between Glass House Collective, CNE, neighborhood residents, the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga, and the Benwood Foundation.

Numerous elected officials and neighborhood residents were in attendance. Mark Making offered tours of the studio and classroom space.
