Anthropologie and J. Crew will open retail stores in the north end of Warehouse Row this fall. Putting to rest nearly two years of speculation, Warehouse Row last week announced the stores will anchor Building North along with Woodhouse Day Spa.

The Chattanooga urban retail destination also announced the addition of Onward Reserve, the property’s first men’s retailer, which will occupy space in Building South.

Construction is underway on the 11,000-square-foot Anthropologie store and the 4,800-square-foot J. Crew. Anthropologie will feature the brand’s full line of apparel, accessories, and gifts, and will be located at the north end of the first floor. J. Crew will carry its full line of apparel and accessories, and will be located at the motor court entrance of the building directly across from Tupelo Honey Cafe. Both stores are scheduled to open in time for the 2014 holiday shopping season.

By early next month, construction will also begin in Building South on Onward Reserve and directly above the Anthropologie space on Woodhouse Day Spa. Onward Reserve is scheduled to open September 1; Woodhouse Day Spa’s opening will follow in January 2015.

Specialty men’s retailer Onward Reserve will open a 925-square-foot pop-up location in Warehouse Row beginning September 1 and lasting through January 2015.  This will be the first store to open at the property that is solely dedicated to men’s retail. It will feature items ranging from men’s gifts and apparel to accessories, home goods, and luggage. Designers and international brands featured at various Onward Reserve locations include Barbour, Peter Millar, Dubarry, Vilebrequin, and others.

The 5,800-square-foot full-service day spa, Woodhouse Day Spa, will offer more than 70 spa services for men and women including skin care, waxing, massage therapy, body treatments, and hand treatments. The spa will also feature a retail boutique with a selection of apparel, skin care and body products, décor, and more.

Jamestown Realty facilitated the recruitment of Anthropologie and J. Crew to Warehouse Row with Anthropologie broker Elliot Kyle of the McDevitt Company and J. Crew broker Nick Bruns of Open Realty. Jamestown Realty’s Warehouse Row leasing team led the luxury Woodhouse Day Spa agreement with Matt Fetter of Baum Realty Group, and completed the deal for men’s clothier Onward Reserve with the company’s CEO and co-founder, TJ Callaway.

Construction is also underway at Warehouse Row on a 4,800-square-foot full-service restaurant, Two Ten Jack. The restaurant will feature artisanal bowls of ramen, traditional izakaya small plates, and hand-crafted cocktails, craft beers, and Japanese spirits.
