People in and around the Ooltewah area now have the opportunity to experience Hampton Creek living. In late Februåary of this year, Luken Holdings purchased the Champions Club Golf Course. This purchase has already brought in new club carts and swimming pool updates to the facility, and is now bringing in brand new homes.

RiverBirch Homes and Waters-Holland Builders, two award-winning home builders in Tennessee, have recently purchased the remaining residential lots in Hampton Creek from the previous owner, Hampton Creek Investments. The builders are looking to complete the community with high-quality homes affordable to buyers with a wide array of budgets.

Residents will have access to tennis courts, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, an 18-hole golf course, and a restaurant. In addition to resort-style amenities, Hampton Creek offers homebuyers a gated, family-oriented neighborhood.

Located 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 20 minutes from Cleveland, Ooltewah is experiencing both residential and commercial real estate growth, says Becky Cope of Re/Max Renaissance Realtors, the seller’s agent for the project. “Recent interest in Ooltewah has been attributed to the massive influx of new jobs offered by Volkswagen and Amazon, but local residents have long since taken advantage of the area’s proximity to Chickamauga Lake, low property taxes, and solid public schools. The brand-new $21 million Ooltewah Elementary, which will begin its second school year in a few weeks, is located just two miles from Hampton Creek,” she says.

“We want to build and sell quality homes for families of all sizes,” said Reggie Garner, founder of RiverBirch Homes. “We feel like Hampton Creek is an exceptional choice for homebuyers seeking resort-style amenities within a family-friendly community.”

Both Waters-Holland Builders and RiverBirch Homes have several custom pre-sells ranging from $500,000 to $600,000 already in the works, with plans to begin speculative homes within the next few weeks.
