Nearly half of all buyers use open houses to find their next home.
The Greater Chattanooga Association of REALTORS Open House Weekend will be a great opportunity to preview what’s available locally.
Taking place Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18, more than 100 homes across the Chattanooga and Northwest Georgia area will be open for viewing.
To find out which homes will be open and when, visit openhouses.gcar.net. To promote the event, the Association and Good Guys Moving are giving away a free move.
To enter, visit one of the open houses, take a photo of yourself next to the blue and white GCAR balloons outside the residence, and then share the photo via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest) along with #gcaropenhouse. The Association will announce the winner Monday, May 19 via its Facebook and Twitter pages.
