Holland

Attorney April Holland has joined the Erlanger Health System Foundation board.

Holland is a corporate transactional attorney and member of Miller & Martin, where she works with businesses through all stages of mergers and acquisitions matters on both the buy and sell sides.

Holland also counsels individuals and companies in a range of general corporate law matters, including fund formation, securities and investment advisory matters, state franchise registration filings and more.

She has experience in a variety of industries, including technology, health care, transportation, insurance, bottling and others.

Holland is the chair of Miller & Martin’s hiring committee and the past chair of the firm’s inclusion and diversity committee.

Holland says serving the Erlanger Foundation will be an honor and a privilege.

“Erlanger System is a critically important health care system for Chattanooga and beyond with the region’s only children’s hospital. I’ve been struck by the obvious impact the foundation has had – not just in dollars raised but also in the quality of community it’s building. I’m excited and eager to jump in.”

Julie Taylor, president of Erlanger Foundation, says the foundation is fortunate to have Holland join the board. “[April brings] ... unique skills that will support our efforts to raise funds and awareness for Erlanger Health System.”

The Erlanger Foundation is governed by a board of directors comprised of volunteers. The board aims to build community awareness and raise funds for the foundation’s initiatives.

Erlanger Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Erlanger.
