Individuals over 62 with an income of less than $42,150 may apply for housing which has become available at several CHA sites.
There are limited openings at Boynton Terrace Apartments, Gateway Towers and Mary Walker Towers.

Housing Authority representatives note that availability in its senior communities is rare and they are looking forward to providing single individuals with the opportunity to find a new home.
“Our mission is to provide safe, decent affordable housing. This is especially true for the seniors in our community who are often without support. We know these openings will fill quickly and look forward to welcoming seniors to their new homes.”
