stayAPT brings residential-style hotel to Chattanooga

Say goodbye to one room fits all: stayAPT suites are now available to Chattanooga area travelers.

The hotel launched its third location Feb. 15 in Ooltewah as part of the brand’s nationwide launch.

stayAPT Suites abandons the traditional one-room hotel layout in favor of a 500-square-foot suite with a dedicated living room, full kitchen and separate bedroom.

Each suite at the new Chattanooga-Ooltewah location includes an open-concept living room with a sleeper sofa, lounge chair and a wall-mounted smart 55-inch television.

The kitchen features a full-size stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Between the kitchen and living room, guests can utilize the center island as a place to eat, work, FaceTime or read the Hamilton County Herald.

The separate bedroom is located down a hall from the living area and offers either a king or two queen-sized beds, a walk-in closet, a dresser, desk and a second large smart television.

Each stayAPT Suites room features its own central heating and air system to minimize shared air with other hotel guests.

Finally, the hotel’s optional mobile app allows guests to bypass the front desk with contactless check-in and digital-key room access.

stayAPT Suites’ Chattanooga-Ooltewah location is a two-story, 50-room hotel located at 6046 Relocation Way. The new location is now accepting reservations at www.stayAPT.com.

stayAPT Suites entered the lodging market with an announcement of its hotel concept in January 2020. The brand plans to open 17 hotels open by the end of 2021 and has 15 more in development.
