Brenda Purcell and Mike Purcell of Team Purcell with RE/MAX Renaissance have earned the RE/MAX 100% Club Team Award, which honors high-achieving real estate teams for their service to buyers and sellers during the past year.
This is the first year Team Purcell has received the honor.
“Mike and I are committed to providing superior service to our clients with every transaction,” Brenda says. “We could not have reached this milestone without their trust to guide them through one of the biggest transactions of their lives – and we’re grateful for their support.”
Brenda has worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in residential home sales and multifamily units.
She has also earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representation, the Senior Real Estate Specialist and the Certified Residential Specialist designations.
Brenda is a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga and the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors Leadership Institute.
Mike is also a licensed broker with over five years of experience in real estate specializing in residential home sales, commercial sales and leasing.
He also holds the ABR and CRS designations.
Mike received his MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1998.
He is presently serving on the Governmental Affairs and the Professional Standards committee with the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors.
Mike is a 2018 graduate of the local Realtors Leadership Institute and past president of UTC’s alumni board.
In addition, the couple actively supports the community by volunteering with Mustard Tree Ministries and other initiatives supporting the homeless. They are also involved with mission work serving senior homebound residents and residents at assisted living centers in Hixson.
Both Realtors are licensed brokers in Tennessee and licensed to sell in Georgia.
