Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Signature Brokers has named Jeremy Callahan the new team leader for downtown Chattanooga.

Callahan previously served as an assistant team leader and productivity coach for Keller Williams Realty while operating The Callahan Group real estate team.

In his new role, Callahan will spearhead Signature Broker’s growth through coaching, recruiting and business development as the company opens a 6,000-square-foot downtown office.

Callahan says he’s also rolling out new offerings for agents, including agent technologies, warm buyer and seller leads, an expanded training calendar, business coaching and other benefits.

“I believe agents need boots-on-the-ground leadership and proven strategies to succeed, especially in our current market conditions,” Callahan says. “My first priority is equipping individual agents and small teams with the tools and resources of large teams, but without all of the expenses.”

Gina Sakich, principal broker and owner of Signature Brokers, says she’s anticipating “a bright future” working with Callahan.

“Jeremy has spent over a decade building his business as a top producing Realtor and has worked with some of the top leaders in the real estate industry across multiple brands. He knows the one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work for everyone and understands how to custom-tailor an effective plan for success.”

In addition to his new role, Callahan will still be serving buyers and sellers.

“I have an incredible community of clients I enjoy serving. Plus, it’s vital for someone leading other agents to always have a direct pulse on what’s effective in today’s market,” Callahan says.
