CHI Memorial has announced the officers and members of its board of directors for 2020-21.
William Warren, M.D., will continue to serve as chair of the board of directors; Jill Aplin will continue to serve as vice chair. Corinne Allen will continue in her role as secretary, and Michael Sutton, chief financial officer, CHI Memorial, will serve as board treasurer.
Michael Webb is a new member of the CHI Memorial board of directors. He is the president of Webb Financial Consultants. Webb will also serve the CHI Memorial board as chair of the audit and compliance committee.
Webb joins board members John Boxell, M.D.; Christopher Crimmins; Davey Daniel, M.D.; Arlene Donowitz, M.D.; Marilyn Helms; Sister Dorothy Jackson; MaryStewart Lewis; John Nash, M.D.; Sister Judith Raley; Mary Tanner, Ph.D.; Aaron Webb; and Jeffrey Wilson.
Steven Perlaky, M.D., president, CHI Memorial Hospital Georgia medical staff, and James Zellner, M.D., president, CHI Memorial Hospital Chattanooga medical staff, join Janelle Reilly, market CEO, CHI Memorial, and Larry Schumacher, senior vice president, operations, Southeast division, CommonSpirit Health, as ex-officio members of the CHI Memorial board of directors.
