We should all emulate Beauchamp’s resolution

Beauchamp

After serving homebuyers and sellers for three years, Laura Beauchamp has made an important decision about the future of her career: She wants to be a residential real estate rock star.

Not that Beauchamp will be turning down commercial work. She says she’ll continue to focus on “all the residential and commercial pieces of real estate,” as she finds every avenue of the industry “fascinating.”

But Beauchamp is aiming for the stars when it comes to serving her buyers and sellers and growing her residential business.

“I love touring homes and dreaming of their potential,” she says. “I also love transforming spaces, building lives within them and increasing property value.

“Contributing to the American Dream brings me joy.”

Beauchamp has already laid the groundwork for her future endeavors with education and experience. She studied business management at the University of Memphis and is now a multimillion-dollar producer.

But Beauchamp sees real estate as more than a complex financial transaction; she also views it as an opportunity to help people and develop new relationships. “My clients become my friends, who become my family, who become the people I will care for the rest of my life,” she explains.

When Beauchamp sets aside a few hours to take care of herself, she likes to camp, hike, kayak, boat and golf with her family. She says Chattanooga is perfect for enjoying these and other activities.

“I moved here four years ago to be close to my family,” she adds. “It’s the most beautiful city I’ve lived in.”

Beauchamp is also trilingual, as she can speak English and French and communicate in American Sign Language.

Beauchamp’s new gig is already underway at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Signature Brokers in Ooltewah. She can be reached at 423 883-4257 and blackmarbledesk@gmail.com.
