Chambliss Law announces three new shareholders




Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel has elected Cal Marshall, Jed Roebuck and Kirby Waddell Yost as shareholders of the firm.

“Cal, Jed and Kirby are excellent lawyers and have been integral to our firm’s growth and overall success,” says Mike St. Charles, managing shareholder of the firm. “Their unique skills and demonstrated expertise will benefit our clients and community for years to come.”

Marshall is a member of the firm’s health care and business sections. He works with clients on a variety of transactional and regulatory matters, including compliance with federal and state privacy, security and breach notification laws, health care fraud and abuse, government contracting, telemedicine, medical billing-specific contracting and regulatory issues.

Marshall also works with startup companies and nonprofits on organizational, regulatory and transactional matters.

He has served in several leadership roles within the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section and was recently elected a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Roebuck is a member of the firm’s business and health care sections. He counsels clients on private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and other business combinations in various industries.

Roebuck has extensive experience in health care acquisitions and joint ventures, particularly for provider groups and revenue cycle management companies. He is also involved in representing health care entities regarding ongoing operations, compliance and strategic planning.

Roebuck is a member of Leadership Chattanooga’s class of 2020.

Yost is a member of the firm’s real estate and business sections. She works with owners and developers of all sizes on real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and advising on land use, zoning and other real property matters.

Yost also works with various regional and national businesses on entity organization and general business matters.

The Tennessee Bar Association selected Yost for the 2019 Leadership Law Program. She is an alumna of Leadership Chattanooga.
