Robert Divine recognized in 'Who's Who Legal'




Robert Divine, leader of Baker Donelson’s immigration group, is listed in the 2019 edition of “Who’s Who Legal,” which recognizes the world’s leading lawyers based on feedback from clients and peer attorneys.

“Who’s Who Legal recognized Divine in the area of corporate immigration.

Divine is also one of four Tennessee attorneys recognized in the inaugural edition of “Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders – Corporate Immigration” guide, which lists lawyers who obtained the largest number of nominations from peers, corporate counsel and other market sources during the research period.

Divine has extensive experience serving clients throughout the world in the arrangement of all types of business-based temporary and permanent immigration status, including specialty occupations, individual and blanket international transferee programs, traders and investors, medical workers, religious workers, labor certification, national interest waivers and extraordinary ability aliens.

He is the author of “Immigration Practice” (Juris Publishing) and previously served as chief counsel and acting director of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services.
