Echelon Studio opens free weekday classes

Flex Studio class

Echelon, a provider of indoor cycling and innovative fitness technology, is offering free classes at its cycling studio in Chattanooga on weekdays, every week, to give back to the community and help people achieve their fitness goals.

Since launching in September, the studio has been the buzz around the Chattanooga Choo Choo, opening its doors to the local community and vacationers in its mission to offer fitness for everyone.

Anyone in Chattanooga who wants to participate can attend a cycling session or Flex Studio class including barre, Pilates, strength training, yoga, meditation and flexibility. Usually, a drop-in class is $20, but for Chattanoogans and visitors to the Scenic City who stop by during the week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., the class is completely free. Guests do not need a membership to attend a class within those times.

“We wanted to contribute to the Chattanooga community and be an influential factor in making our city healthy and fit. Our studio has been getting so much attention by visitors and residents that we wanted to offer daily free classes so that everyone has the chance to experience fitness in a supporting group environment,” said Lou Lentine, president of Echelon.

Guests who visit the Echelon cycling studio will join a community of more than 100,000 riders around the world, racing toward the finish line. Classes are filmed live at the studio in Chattanooga and broadcast across the world to Echelon riders and the fitness community. With motivating certified instructors and tons of classes to choose from, Lentine says, “ride once, and you’ll be hooked.”
