Patton Albertson & Miller has acquired Anthony Smith advisers, an Atlanta wealth management firm, bringing the firm’s total assets under management to over $700 million.
Patton Albertson & Miller is a fee-only financial life management firm headquartered in Chattanooga, with additional offices in Atlanta and Macon.
The firm was founded in 2003 by Jimmy Patton, Marc Albertson and Bill Miller.
Serving clients across the United States, the firm provides wealth management and trust services to individuals, families, institutions, business owners and professionals.
Anthony Smith advisers has provided wealth management services in Atlanta since 1994.
Patton Albertson & Miller ‘s Chattanooga office, opened in 2012, is in Liberty Tower downtown.
The acquisition agreement was finalized Feb. 15, 2019, and goes into effect April 1.
Anthony Smith will manage the Atlanta market for the combined firm.
