Faith achieves member status at Gearhiser Peters




Faith

Justin Faith is now a member of Chattanooga law firm Gearhiser, Peters, Elliott & Cannon.

Faith practices primarily in the areas of civil business litigation and estate administration. He has experience representing both businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and business disputes, construction matters, employment law, municipality issues, trust and estate litigation, conservatorships, personal-injury cases and various other types of legal matters in state and federal courts.

Faith received his law degree from the University of Tennessee, magna cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville, magna cum laude.

Prior to joining Garhiser Peters, he served as the judicial law clerk for the Hon. W. Frank Brown III (retired) and the Hon. Jeffrey M. Atherton of the Hamilton County Chancery Court.

Since entering private practice, Faith has been heavily involved with the Chattanooga and Tennessee Bar Associations and in related community service and pro bono events.

He’s is treasurer of the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He is a 2018 graduate of the TBA’s Leadership Law program, and he was selected as the 2018 recipient of the TBA YLD’s President’s Special Recognition Award.

Faith and his wife, attorney Brittany Thomas Faith, reside in Chattanooga with their infant son, Bennett.
