Joanna Jackson, broker of RE/MAX Real Estate Center, recently graduated from the three-part Momentum training in Atlanta, Ga. The new program, offered only by RE/MAX, is a set of office systems that will allow Jackson to provide her agents with “a clearly defined office culture, a unique value proposition, and a definitive plan for success, both at an office level and an agent level,” RE/MAX said in a press release.
“Becoming Momentum certified will only better myself as a broker and our company,” said Jackson. “This program is designed to help both experienced and new agents grow their business and see greater profitability.”
The Momentum certification program is broken down into three modules: Planning, Value, and Recruiting. Once a broker has completed the three modules, he or she will have access to 13 agent-training modules. The core training courses include Lead Generation Classes, Lead Conversion Classes, and Business Development Classes. Agents are provided with tools and scripts in each session.
