Michel & Ward is a boutique litigation law firm focusing on trial and appellate advocacy. After spending eight years handling a variety of litigation matters at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, attorneys Alix Michel and David Ward formed their own firm, Michel & Ward, in 2013.
The firm established operations at the Business Development Center on Cherokee Boulevard at that time and remained there until its recent move.
Michel and Ward assist clients that range from insurance, construction and trucking companies to aging parents, children and health care providers.

Michel and Ward have a combined 58 years of legal experience, primarily in medical and professional malpractice and prescription drug abuse matters.
Michel and Ward presented on “The Legal Issues of Prescription Drug Diversion, Signs and Strategies” at the first National Rx Drug Abuse Summit and have presented on the same topic for risk managers of national health insurer Coverys.
