Manuel Martinez has joined the Keller Williams office in downtown Chattanooga, where his former mentor, Steve Champion, serves as broker and director of career development.
Martinez obtained real estate licenses in Tennessee and Georgia in 2007. He then joined Prudential Realty Center and received sales training from Champion. In 2009, Martinez joined the Bell family’s new construction brokerage, Bell Development, now known as Bell Homebuilders.
At Bell, Martinez managed the company’s marketing and advertising of new homes, supervised rental and investment properties and developed web-based applications to better serve customers.
Martinez also helped families, single moms, students, senior citizens and other individuals in various life transitions to find affordable housing.
“My passion is to serve families and individuals,’’ he says. “My goal is to provide them with exceptional customer service by being vested in every step of the way in one of the most crucial decisions in life: buying or selling a home.
“Many folks are also renting or looking for a starter home. I want to provide them with the support, diligence and expertise they need to make their next move a success. The transition is just as important as the destination.”
Martinez says the highlight of his ten-year career in real estate has been helping people find the right home for a specific season in their life.
Martinez is fluent in Spanish and English. He also holds a degree in business management from Dalton State College and a master’s in business administration from Belhaven (Mississippi) University.
