Thunder Enterprises President Dane Bradshaw last week announced the addition of two new members to their corporate team: Vice President of Marketing Jay Garrity and Chief Financial Officer Michael Shope. Garrity and Shope aim to assist families in making home buying decisions in Jasper Highlands.
With more than 15 years of experience in real estate and marketing, most recently serving as director of sales and marketing for RE/MAX Regional Services as well as chief sales and marketing officer for RJK Homes, Garrity has a track record of managing the marketing strategies of long-term, multi-phase developments. An active outdoor enthusiast, Garrity appreciates Jasper Highlands’ 8,893 acres of mountaintop landscape, which includes 21.3 miles of bluff frontage properties.
Joining Garrity, Shope shoulders the fiscal management responsibilities of Jasper Highlands, along with all of Thunder Enterprises’ other investments. Shope earned his Bachelor of Science in logistics from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his law degree from Duncan School of Law at Lincoln Memorial University.
Jasper Highlands rests atop Jasper Mountain, overlooking the Cumberland Plateau, Tennessee River, and Nickajack Lake. The gated community features miles of nature trails showcasing waterfalls and wildlife. Committed to local green efforts, Thunder Enterprises is conserving a portion of its 13.75 square mile footprint for hiking trails, neighborhood spaces, and nature sanctuaries.
Highlands’ residents will have access to a community garden, open air pavilion, swimming pool, picnic areas, as well as a soccer field and tennis, basketball, and bocce courts. Jasper Highlands is located within 25 minutes of downtown Chattanooga and within six minutes of grocery, hardware, and other retail outlets.
