Attorney Jake Farrar has joined the Chattanooga office of Baker Donelson as an associate.
Farrar maintains a corporate transactional practice focused on serving clients in the long-term care industry.
He has experience with mergers, acquisitions and securities transactions and routinely advises buyers and sellers in change of control transactions ranging from less than $1 million to more than $60 million.
Farrar also counsels issuers, high net worth investors and private funds in matters of securities regulation.
In addition to corporate transactions, Farrar has experience serving as corporate counsel to startups and businesses.
Before joining Baker Donelson, Farrar interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, assisting the Office of Inspector General with investigations related to civil, criminal and administrative violations.
