Robert Backer of Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty is one of America’s most productive sales associates, according to Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents, the annual ranking report produced by Real Trends and sponsored by Zillow Group.
This is Backer’s third consecutive year to make the list.
He’s one of only eight Chattanooga Realtors included in the most recent rankings.
“It’s always an honor to be included on this list,” Backer says. “The recognition is special because it represents the relationships, time and effort that go into every transaction. I’ve spent over 20 years working in real estate and I love it. I can’t imagine doing anything else.”
Best Real Estate Agents ranked over 12,600 residential real estate professionals based on sales during 2016.
To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume.
Production numbers were verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.
“This group of real estate sales agents represents less than one percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States,” says Steve Murray, publisher of Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents. “The average residential real estate agent in the United States closed 8.6 transactions in 2016 and had less than $1.3 million in sales. To attain this level of sales is outstanding.”
