Amie Bowden, Kelly Parks and Shari Pilgrim have joined Pinnacle Financial Partners’ Chattanooga office at 801 Broad St.
Bowden joins Pinnacle as a financial adviser assistant. She comes from Synovus Bank, where she was a senior commercial assistant. Prior roles were with Signature Bank of Georgia, where she was a commercial lending process manager, Bank of North Georgia (a division of Synovus Bank), where she served as a senior commercial assistant, and Legacy Wealth Management Group, where she was director of client services.
Parks brings 11 years of experience to her role of executive assistant to Chattanooga Chairman Craig Holley. Before joining the firm, she was a senior closing agent assistant for Team Title (Jones Raulston) and an executive assistant for Zimmer Carolinas, where she provided direct support to the president and CEO, management team, operations team and sales force.
Parks earned a degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Pilgrim serves as a financial specialist. Before joining Pinnacle, she was a teller and new accounts customer services representative for Comtrust Federal Credit Union. Previous roles were with First Volunteer Bank, where she was an operations item processor, and First Federal Savings & Loan (AmSouth Bank), where she was a teller and bookkeeper.
Gipson joins Austin Hatcher Foundation
The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer has hired Tammy Gipson as an occupational therapist. Gipson brings nearly three decades of experience to the position.
Gipson comes to Austin Hatcher from the Folsom Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Cullman, Alabama, where she worked in restore therapy. Her responsibilities at the center included establishing occupational therapy intervention plans for inpatient and outpatient programs.
She graduated from the University of Alabama-Birmingham in 1991 with a degree in occupational therapy and earned a post-professional master’s degree from UAB in 2007, with low-vision rehabilitation as her area of concentration.
Gipson also has a long record of serving the Alabama Occupational Therapy Association as secretary, reimbursement chair and a member of its Roster of Accreditation of Evaluators, through which she worked to review accreditation and re-accreditation applications for occupational therapy programs.
