The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the members of the 2014-2015 Leadership Chattanooga class.
Three attorneys will participate in this year’s program (L-R): Janie Varnell; Jeremy Cothern of Berke, Berke & Berke; and Jeffrey Maddux of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel.
Sponsored by the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation, Leadership Chattanooga is a 10-month program that brings together local professionals to cultivate leadership and community growth. Through the program, participants receive leadership training through interaction with top community leaders, experiential learning opportunities, including a police ride-along, a trip to Nashville to meet with state leaders, and service projects at local schools.
“We are pleased to announce another outstanding group of up-and-coming Chattanooga professionals,” said Diane Parks, director of leadership and community development at the Chattanooga Chamber. “We’re certain that the contributions they make as part of Leadership Chattanooga and in the years ahead will have a positive and lasting effect on Chattanooga’s future.”
