Realtor Mike Purcell has earned his real estate broker’s license. He has been affiliated with RE/MAX Renaissance in Hixson for three years.
Purcell started his real estate career after 36 years in engineering and management with the Tennessee Valley Authority.
In 2016, he and his wife, Brenda Purcell, formed Team Purcell and began working with RE/MAX Renaissance as full-time agents.
Purcell is a 2018 graduate of Greater Chattanooga Realtors Leadership Academy and is currently serving on the Governmental Relations and Grievance committees at the association.
Additionally, Purcell has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative and the Council of Real Estate Specialists designations.
Purcell specializes in commercial and residential sales and leasing. He earned his MBA degree from UTC in 1998.
Purcell is an active volunteer with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a “proud Mocs fan.” He is also an avid supporter of the Museum of Flight and attends Burk’s United Methodist Church.
