Chattanooga auctioneer and Realtor Paige Holt has launched a new auction and real estate business – NeXstep.
“I’m looking forward to showcasing the options people have when buying or selling a property,” says Holt. “Some of the finest assets in the world are sold using the auction method. Why should real estate be any different?”
Holt has nearly two decades of experience in the auction and real estate industry. She’s auctioned off and listed properties ranging from luxury homes and family estates to commercial properties both small and large.
Holt will offer traditional real estate services for buyers and sellers as a licensed RE/MAX agent. Through NeXstep, she hopes to shed light on the opportunities the auction process provides and assist families that are attempting to sell a loved one’s property or estate.
“It’s humbling to provide a client with relief while helping them make the most of a tough situation,” says Holt.
Over the past 15 years, Holt has served as president of Compass Auctions and Real Estate, of which she remains a co-owner. Holt is stepping away from her duties at Compass to launch her real estate business.
“During my time with Compass, I found I had a true passion for real estate and especially real estate auctions. I decided it was time to pursue that passion through NeXstep.”
NeXstep’s services include assistance in selling or buying real estate. Listings include luxury homes, estates, commercial properties, farms and land.
