Greater Chattanooga Realtors raised more than $64,500 during its Tee Up & Wine Down fundraiser at WindStone Golf Club this month. The biannual event involves a golf scramble and a live auction of donated items and benefits Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga.

“This is another example of the many ways our Realtors give back to the community,” says Greater Chattanooga Realtors President Steven Sharpe. “I’m grateful to all the volunteers, golfers and sponsors who made this event a resounding success.”

“Our Community Partnerships Committee worked tirelessly to secure sponsorships and donations,” says Chris Scott, 2023 chair of the committee at Greater Chattanooga Realtors. “I appreciate their hard work and the generosity of everyone who attended.”

“We’re beyond grateful for our partnership with Greater Chattanooga Realtors,” says Jens Christense, CEO of Habitat’s Chattanooga branch. “Homeownership is a dream for many and Realtors spend every day making it come true. By extending their support to Habitat, Greater Chattanooga Realtors empowers lower income families to escape generational poverty and build wealth through homeownership, impacting families for years to come.”
