Emily Rice will serve Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel and its clients as a paralegal in the estate and trust administration practice area.
Rice assists clients in Tennessee and Georgia with estate and trust administration matters. She’s responsible for ensuring the execution of the estate and trust administration process is done to the client’s satisfaction while making the transition as smooth as possible.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Rice graduated from Longwood University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in pre-law and minor in psychology. Rice currently serves as the social media chair for the Southeast Tennessee Paralegal Association.
In previous roles, Rice assisted with conservatorships, guardianships, civil litigation, insurance defense and family law matters.
