ABA appoints Faith as Tennessee membership chair

Faith

American Bar Association President Deborah Enix-Ross has tapped Chattanooga lawyer Justin Faith to serve as the organization’s membership chair for Tennessee.

Faith will work with bar leaders and delegates to promote ABA membership growth and engagement in the state.

Faith practices civil business litigation and estate litigation at Gearhiser, Peters, Elliott & Cannon and currently serves in the Tennessee Bar Association’s House of Delegates and on the TBA Young Lawyers Division board.

“Tennessee has a long and storied history of ABA participation and leadership. I plan to continue that tradition, provide practical resources for the benefit of all lawyers and be an advocate for protecting the interests of the legal profession,” says Faith.
