Attorney Wade Hinton is the campaign chair for the United Way of Greater Chattanooga’s 2024-25 season.
Hinton is the CEO and founder of Hinton & Company, a culture and leadership advisory firm. He’s held roles at Miller & Martin and Volkswagen Chattanooga, served as city attorney for Chattanooga, and led inclusion and diversity at Unum.
His decision to establish Hinton & Company in 2020 reflected his desire to cultivate inclusivity in businesses and communities.
“Our campaign chair is one of our biggest community champions,” says United Way of Greater Chattanooga CEO Lesley Scearce. “Wade has a clear desire to create positive change in our community, and we’re excited to see what we can accomplish this year.”
As campaign chair, Hinton will spearhead efforts to drive support for United Way’s programming and initiatives.
“The United Way is one of our community’s great pillars, and I’m proud to serve in this capacity,” says Hinton. “My hope is to amplify their message that we’re a community on the move, dedicated to forging a future where we live united, not divided.”
