Mary McKenzie, DO, is moving to CHI Integrative Medicine Associates’ Signal Mountain office. McKenzie joined CHI Memorial Medical Group in 2015. She received her medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio, and completed her residency at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. HHM CPAs hires two accountants
HHM Certified Public Accountants has hired two staff accountants: Zachary Kanady and Madeline Wade.
Kanady will be joining the firm’s accounting and assurance department and will assist the audit department on various tasks in addition to preparing individual tax returns. He completed an internship at HHM this year.
Before joining HHM, Kanady worked in the financial operations department at the Tennessee Valley Authority. He graduated cum laude from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned his degree in finance and accounting.
HHM hired Wade after she completed an internship in the tax department from January to May. She will primarily work on tax return preparation and assist the tax department in other tasks.
Before joining HHM, Wade worked as a billing specialist at Southern Adventist University. She graduated magna cum laude from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she earned her degree in accounting. Wade is pursuing her MAcc and plans to sit for the CPA exam.
Boys & Girls Clubs appoints two to board
The Boys & Girls Club has elected Adam Osborne of accounting firm Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough and Chattanooga Police Chief David Roddy to its board of directors.
Osborne is a partner in HHM’s accounting and auditing department. He is a member of Christway Community Church in Ooltewah, treasurer for the Chattanooga Regional Homeless Coalition and serves on the advisory board of the Tennessee Small Business Development Center. Adam is a graduate of Lee University, where he earned a degree in accounting and business administration.
Roddy has 24 years of service with the Chattanooga Police Department. A native Chattanoogan, he graduated from Tyner High School and earned a degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Roddy then returned to his hometown to begin his career as a police officer.
