Chambliss welcomes Rose to labor, employment section




Attorney Gordon Rose has joined the labor and employment practice area of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel.

With three decades of arbitration, mediation and litigation experience, Rose focuses on spearheading investigations and responses for disciplinary, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, DOL, National Labor Relations Board, benefits and contractual disputes.

He also crafts and revises employment handbooks and policies, as well as ensures compliance with Title VII, ADA and other labor and employment laws.

Additionally, Rose drafts and advises employers on noncompetes and other employment-related agreements.

Rose has represented clients across various industries, including health care practices, manufacturers, unionized employers, startups, aviation, and in sports and entertainment. In addition, he’s navigated combative, sensitive and confidential situations as he’s appeared before federal, state and administrative judges and agencies, notes Chambliss in a news release.

Rose is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and received the Certificate of Achievement in Conflict Resolution from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.

He is a graduate of Tulane University, where he was selected to the Political Science Honor Society, and graduated from Syracuse University College of Law with a focus on labor and employment law.

Rose is licensed to practice in Georgia and is pending admission in Tennessee.
