Baker Donelson has elected 11 new shareholders across the firm, including two attorneys in its Chattanooga office: Erno Lindner and Amy Mahone.
Lindner is a member of Baker Donelson’s Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group, where he focuses on representing creditors in all aspects of commercial insolvency areas, particularly in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial restructuring and CMBS. Additionally, he routinely handles business litigation matters, such as contract disputes.
A graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, Lindner has been recognized as a Rising Star in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2014. He’s a member of the Chattanooga, Memphis, Tennessee and American Bar Associations and of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Lindner has served as co-chair of the Bankruptcy Court Liaison Committee for the Western Division of the Western District of Tennessee.
Mahone is a member of Baker Donelson’s Health Law Group and Long Term Care Transactions Team. She concentrates on complex transactions in the health care sector including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and management of long-term care facilities and senior housing.
Within the longterm care industry, Mahone also has experience dealing with distressed and bankrupt assets, certificates of need and corporate structuring of both for-profit and nonprofit providers.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, Mahone has served on Baker Donelson’s Women’s Initiative Leadership Team and currently serves as the co-editor of the firm’s Long Term Care Industry Service Team newsletter.
Mahone is a member of the Tennessee and Chattanooga Bar Associations as well as the American Health Lawyers Association.
