Physical therapist Robbie Miles has joined Erlanger Physical Therapy as the new outpatient physical therapy supervisor for all six Erlanger clinics.
Miles has more than 20 years of experience as a physical therapist and 15 years-plus of experience as an athletic trainer.
He completed his physical therapy degree at the University of Tennessee at Memphis and began his career at Orthopaedic Specialists of the Carolinas in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
In 2003, he completed his athletic training certification before earning his sports clinical specialists designation, awarded by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists, in 2009.
In addition to serving as the clinic supervisor for all Erlanger Outpatient Physical Therapy locations, Miles will continue to treat patients at Erlanger’s Chattanooga Bone and Joint location.
He will also continue to provide athletic training services to community high schools and rehabilitation to collegiate athletes in the area.
Sellers accepts post with CHI Memorial
CHI Memorial has named Ronelle Sellers market director of marketing and communications. Sellers succeeds Lisa McCluskey, who retired.
Sellers brings 30 years of experience in marketing across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as the director of marketing for Henderson, Hutcherson and McCullough, an accounting firm based in Chattanooga, for 20 years.
In 2007, Sellers founded Southside Creative advertising agency and led the team as managing director until 2020.
Sellers has a long history of serving on boards and committees in the Chattanooga community. These currently include the Leadership Chattanooga Alumni Association and the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.
Sellers received a degree business administration and marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Three local bankers move to Pinnacle
Pinnacle Financial Partners has welcomed longtime Regions Bank commercial real estate banker Frank Peele to the Chattanooga team along with credit adviser Keith Taylor and financial specialist Carla Turner, both of whom joined from First Horizon.
Peele and Taylor are based at Pinnacle’s Broad Street office, and Turner is at the Shallowford Road office.
Peele focused on equity investments, lending, treasury management, problem asset management and commercial real estate during his 33 years at Regions Bank in Chattanooga.
Three years ago, Peele closed Regions’ first Fannie Mae mortgage-backed securities as tax-exempt bond collateral transaction, a structure used to finance the construction, acquisition or rehabilitation of Multifamily Affordable Housing properties.
He earned a degree in finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Taylor comes to Pinnacle from First Horizon Bank in Chattanooga, where he was a senior Small Business Association underwriter. He also has experience in commercial banking and the middle market.
Taylor has a degree in finance from University of Alabama in Huntsville. All but one year of his 14-year career have been in Tennessee.
In addition to her tenure at First Horizon in Chattanooga, Turner served as an operations manager at SunTrust in Chattanooga. She moved to Tennessee in 2008 after working for FSG Bank and Citi Financial in Dalton, where she earned a degree in management from Dalton State College.
