Signature Brokers has announced the addition of Realtors Belvely Davis and Carrie Nielsen to the Ooltewah-based firm.
Davis and Nielsen are the latest of several new hires for the rapidly growing real estate company.
Belvely Davis
With 13 years of real estate experience, Davis is ready to serve a variety of clients, including first time home buyers and those wanting to purchase a high-end luxury home.
Davis has consistently been a top producer, with extensive experience working with foreclosures, short sales, and distressed properties. “My favorite is first time home buyers because many do not even know they can live the dream of home ownership,” she says. “Handing over the keys and seeing their smile is why I chose real estate.”

Carrie Nielsen
Nielsen’s business will focus on a variety of clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to buyers relocating to the area. She previously owned a fitness studio, and says her business acumen and drive to succeed serves her clients well.
“Whether in the gym or in real estate, helping others and keeping a positive attitude when things get difficult is what I enjoy the most,” Nielsen says. “I’m excited about joining Signature Brokers.”
